Replace scattered spreadsheets, notes and messages with one working tool. The teacher needs control of lessons and payments; students and parents need clear access to homework and progress.
A calendar with recurring and paired lessons. From the lesson page, the teacher adds a topic, homework, materials and grades, and records payment. Unpaid lessons and students needing their next meeting are visible.
Families see the next lesson, meeting link, homework with files, a grade chart and outstanding payments. A shared teacher chat keeps learning questions close to the lessons.
Paired lessons share materials and scheduling, while grades and payments are tracked separately per student. The system was developed gradually and hosted on ordinary hosting to simplify upkeep.
The teacher manages learning and payments in one place. Students and parents independently see homework, progress and outstanding amounts, without separate messenger reports.
